The Course Evaluation is open for 60 days following the conference. If you attended and would like to request your certificate, please email info@cmesolutions.org and include the following information:

· Name, credentials

· Course Name

· Dates of your participation and number of credit hours you are requesting

· Include the email you used to register and your mobile number in case we need to contact you
