PHYSICIAN CONTINUING EDUCATION

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of CMEsolutions, LLC and Gaffney Events. The CMEsolutions, LLC is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

 

The CMEsolutions designates this live activity for a maximum of 9.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

GRANTS & EXHIBITS

The 2026 Courage & Innovation Symposium will be supported through educational grants and exhibit fees from commercial supporters. The Course Directors will develop the educational content without any influence from commercial supporters. A complete list, along with appropriate acknowledgement will be given to all supporters at the time of the meeting. Exhibits will be available for viewing at all scheduled breaks.
